Role Objective:

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, IT administration, developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT infrastructure, and leading the IT team. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, strengthening IT infrastructure, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise-particularly in ERP systems. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and annual IT budget, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the development, update, and enforcement of data security policies; ensure timely upgrades to servers and IT infrastructure.

Data Security & Compliance: Monitor and secure data transfers across systems; ensure compliance with internal and external data protection standards.

IT Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets issued to employees, particularly those used off-site, ensuring accountability and security.

Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors for development and support services; ensure deliverables are on time and in line with strategic IT goals.

ERP Systems (SAP B1): Lead the upgrade, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One, to support business process automation and optimization.

What You Should Have:

- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide and develop an in-house IT team.

- Strong understanding of IT strategic role in business growth and operational efficiency.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems-particularly SAP B1-in a product-based or supply chain-driven organization.

- Experience in planning and executing IT projects from scratch, including system upgrades and business process reengineering & automation, eg. WMS.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated experience working in a corporate end-user environment is preferred.
