Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and build relationships with channel partners, including retail, international, and institutional partners.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customers, from lead generation to eventual closure.
- Ensure smooth registration, training, and brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- Create and nurture a direct consumer base, ensuring a healthy business contribution from it.
- Provide regular product and price updates to channel partners.
- Tap potential markets to open new areas of business.
- Stay constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market intelligence, and develop plans accordingly.
- Adapt to work in various micro-markets, across segments, with a willingness to travel.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in channel sales within the residential real estate sector
- Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners and direct consumers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage the end-to-end sales process
- Proficient in market analysis and gathering market intelligence
