**Role Overview**
The **Brand Manager** will take charge of all marketing efforts, both digital and offline, to position Union Living as a market leader. This is a pivotal role requiring a strong mix of strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution skills. You will:
- Drive campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create unique community experiences.
- Foster brand partnerships to collaborate with **1,000+ brands annually** for events, giveaways, and exclusive resident experiences.
- Build a robust lead generation engine while ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence.
This position offers immense accountability and responsibility, along with the opportunity to shape the long-term vision of a growing brand. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in marketing execution and a passion for community-building, especially for Gen Z audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Brand Leadership:**
- Develop and execute strategies for **branding, positioning, and visual identity** to shape customer perception.
- Translate Union Living’s mission into tangible initiatives that resonate with Gen Z audiences.
- Leverage technical expertise and hands-on execution to deliver Union’s long-term brand vision across all touchpoints, including events, social media, and community interactions.
#### **Digital Marketing & CRM:**
- Plan and execute campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), , and WhatsApp Marketing** platforms.
- Use tools like **Google Analytics**, **CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho)**, and **Email Marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid)** to track and optimize campaigns.
- Drive **SEO strategy** and implement keyword optimization for organic growth.
#### **Social Media Management:**
- Develop creative campaigns for platforms like **Instagram, Facebook, **, and **YouTube** to boost follower growth and engagement.
- Use tools such as **Hootsuite**, **Later**, and **Meta Business Suite** for social media planning and analytics.
- Produce innovative content that positions Union Living as a cultural brand for Gen Z.
#### **Community Engagement & Events:**
- Ideate and execute **weekly resident events** and community-building initiatives.
- Partner with local and global brands to co-host **1,000+ collaborations annually**, offering **free giveaways, exclusive experiences, and unique activations** for residents.
- Use resident feedback to continually improve engagement activities and ensure meaningful experiences.
#### **Brand Partnerships & PR:**
- Forge partnerships with **brands from industries like music, fashion, art, and lifestyle** to co-create memorable experiences.
- Develop and implement a **PR strategy** to boost Union Living’s visibility in the coliving and lifestyle spaces.
#### **Content & Creative Leadership:**
- Oversee content creation across formats, including graphics, video, email, and social posts, ensuring alignment with Union Living’s brand voice.
- Manage design and video-editing workflows using tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)** and **Canva**.
#### **Offline Marketing:**
- Conceptualize and execute **hyperlocal campaigns** to drive property visibility and lead generation.
#### **Performance Analysis & Reporting:**
- Measure and analyze performance metrics, including lead generation (CPL, conversion rates), event attendance, social media growth, and engagement rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to evaluate progress and inform strategy.

### **Qualifications & Skills Required**
#### **Experience:**
- Proven track record in marketing with **5-7 years of experience** across digital marketing, social media management, and community-building.
#### **Technical Expertise:**
- **Digital Marketing Tools:** Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- **CRM Platforms:** HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce.
- **Social Media Platforms & Tools:** Instagram, Facebook, , Hootsuite, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
- **Email Marketing:** Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar tools.
- **Creative Tools:** Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
#### **Leadership:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of Union Living’s marketing success.
