We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing communication efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends.

Content Creation & Communication: 

- Oversee the creation of compelling and consistent brand messaging across all channels.

- Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media updates.

- Work closely with PR agencies and media outlets to ensure favorable coverage.

Analytics & Reporting: 

- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and prepare detailed reports.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future strategies.

Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts.

- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff when applicable.

Community Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.

- Engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty and address customer concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

- Preferred candidates from Trivandrum or Kochi.

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.

- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platform.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
