About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst Manager /Manager - Performance Marketing to drive our marketing strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This role requires both a strategic thinker and a hands-on marketer, capable of leading a team and executing campaigns across multiple channels.



Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, and optimization across digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.

• Utilize data-driven insights to analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to meet KPIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and strategies.

• Stay up to date about the industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with external agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with Ola Mobility's brand guidelines.


Requirements:


• Masters in marketing or related field preferably from Top colleges.

• 7- 8 Years experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, UAC and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.

• Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience working in the technology or mobility industry is preferred.
