Please do not contact the recruiter directly.About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 12Role:Associate Director, Agile Delivery Location:Ahmedabad Team:Lead multiple Agile teams or programs, drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation, and deliver strategic business outcomes across domains. Impact: Serve as a senior Agile leader, guiding teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivery excellence.Influence organizational strategy, Agile adoption, and process improvement at scale.Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads.Drive cross-team collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Ensure alignment of Agile delivery with business goals and customer value.Represent the organization in external forums and strategic partnerships.What's in it for you: Opportunity to shape Agile culture and delivery strategy across business units.Lead high-impact programs and transformation initiatives.Develop and mentor senior Agile talent.Engage with executive leadership and global stakeholders.Exposure to strategic decision-making and enterprise-level initiatives.Responsibilities: Define and implement enterprise Agile frameworks, standards, and best practices.Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and delivery of large-scale programs and portfolios.Facilitate executive-level collaboration and alignment across business units.Oversee risk management, governance, and compliance for Agile delivery.Drive organizational change management and Agile maturity assessments.Mentor and coach senior scrum masters, agile coaches, and delivery leads.Report on portfolio health, delivery metrics, and transformation progress to executive leadership.Resolve escalated issues, remove systemic impediments, and foster a culture of innovation.Represent Agile delivery in enterprise forums, steering committees, and external partnerships.Develop and monitor complex project plans and budgets.Lead operational analysis and process change activities across the business.Advance contract development and fee proposal/negotiation processes through ongoing communication with functional teams.What We're Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role.Proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Preferred Qualifications: Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.).Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent.Strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change.Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Experience in platform engineering, service operations, or product management at a senior level.Key Competencies: Servant leadership and coachingStrategic planning and delivery managementRisk identification and mitigationChange management and process improvementCross-functional collaboration and communicationFinancial and operational managementWhat's In It ForYou?
