Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Leader (Associate Director, Sales & Account Management) to drive enterprise sales and strategic account growth. This role requires a hunter mindset with strong consultative selling ability and proven success in closing B2B enterprise deals ($200K–$600K+ ACV).The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to deal closure—while also driving account expansion and upselling. You will engage with C-level stakeholders (CTOs, VPs, Digital Heads, CDOs) and position ProductSquads as a trusted partner for AI, Data, Cloud, and Platform-led transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition with enterprise clients (ACV $200K–$600K+).
- Manage the entire sales cycle: pipeline generation, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closure.
- Build strong relationships with executive buyers (CTO, VP Engineering, CDO, Digital Leaders).
- Pitch and sell AI, Cloud, Data, and Platform + Services offerings with consultative value-driven propositions.
- Leverage experience with India-led offshore/global delivery models to position solutions effectively.
- Partner with delivery and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Drive account expansion, upselling, and long-term growth strategies.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined reporting.
- Represent ProductSquads with executive presence and credibility in client meetings and industry forums.
Must-Have Experience
Proven track record of closing enterprise B2B deals ≥ $200K ACV (ideally $400K+).
Consultative sales approach, not transactional.Strong experience with outbound sales and pipeline ownership.Exposure to AI, Data, Engineering, or Platform-led services.Experience engaging with CXO/VP-level stakeholders.Strong understanding of India-led offshore/GCC delivery models.Experience in account growth, upselling, and expansion.Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
