Job Title -Inside Sales Executive
Experience- 1yr
Location - Pune
Notice Period- Immediate - 15 days
Primary Skills - inside sales, knowledge of Electronic products, Communication skills: Hindi and English Mandatory
Good to have: Able to communicate in at least one regional language: Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Telugu
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Utilize various techniques to source and qualify potential customers.
- Close sales deals by effectively presenting our products or services and addressing customer concerns.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers (Architects/ Interior Designers/ consultants/ Builders/ System Integrators) and the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and other sales activities.
- Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Fluency in (Regional Language) is essential.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
