Role Overview:

- As Partner & Head of Business, India, you will be a key member of our leadership team, driving our growth strategy and owning the P&L for the India market.


- The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial & passionate for building and scaling client relationships with deep expertise in B2B consultative sales within the digital landscape.


- In this role, you'll leverage your industry connections to drive new business, develop strategic partnerships, and lead high-impact sales initiatives.

- This position is ideal for an experienced consulting leader with a proven track record in B2B sales at top consulting firms, (such as Big4), looking to take an ownership role in a growing firm.

Key Sales Leadership:

- Develop and implement the India market sales strategy, aligned with the firm's overall growth objectives.

- Lead consultative sales efforts for our suite of services, including product design, development, analytics, research, and testing, with a focus on high-value engagements.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and account expansion.

P&L Ownership:

- Own the P&L for the India region, focusing on profitability and sustained revenue growth.

- Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning to meet revenue targets and optimize resource allocation.

- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure that client engagements are aligned with budget expectations and profitability goals.

Market Development and Client Acquisition:

- Leverage industry relationships and professional networks to open doors with new clients and expand into new verticals within the digital consulting landscape.

- Engage C-level executives and decision-makers in consultative dialogues to uncover their business challenges and align our offerings with their needs.

- Lead high-stakes negotiations and create value propositions that differentiate our firm in a competitive marketplace.

Partnership and Relationship Building:

- Develop long-term partnerships with clients by positioning the firm as a trusted advisor and aligning solutions with client goals and desired business outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Delivery) to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client satisfaction.

- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and expand the firm's influence.

Growth and Business Expansion:

- Drive sales initiatives for product success projects focused on achieving business outcomes through analytics and product consulting.

- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to expand our service offerings in alignment with client needs.

- Contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy by identifying high-potential clients, scaling existing accounts, and launching new services where market demand exists.

Ideal Candidate 8+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or client advisory roles, preferably within digital product consulting or a top consulting firm (Big 4 experience is a strong plus).

- Demonstrated success in driving growth, managing large-scale client accounts, and achieving sales targets in a high-value consulting environment.

Industry Connections:

- Well-connected in the industry with an established network of C-level contacts and decision-makers across sectors relevant to digital product and consulting services.

- Proven ability to leverage professional networks for business development, client acquisition, and partnerships.

Skills and Attributes:

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.

- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think strategically and innovate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- P&L ownership experience with a focus on profitability, growth, and financial stewardship.

Personal Qualities:

- Work with the end to end ownership for growing the PnL.

- Willing to work as a partner in the firm and share vested interests of growing business values for all.
