The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer-focused services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, and aftersales services. The Service Advisor will communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless service experience.Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Aftersales services Ability to work on-site in Panvel Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field
