Description : Job Title : Java Software EngineerLocation : BangaloreNotice Period : Immediate joiners onlyAbout the Role : We are seeking a talented Java Software Engineer with strong experience in both frontend and backend development to join our dynamic development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, web development frameworks, and SaaS application development. This role requires a collaborative mindset, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend solutions using Java/J2EE technologies.- Develop dynamic and responsive frontend applications using Angular or React frameworks.- Apply strong OOP principles and Spring fundamentals in application development.- Work with RDBMS to design, implement, and optimize database solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver software solutions.- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and reliability.- Contribute to the development and delivery of SaaS software solutions, ensuring high quality and scalability.- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Qualifications & Skills : - Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development (frontend and backend).- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE with hands-on experience in Spring framework.- Solid understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles.- Working knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).- Strong JavaScript skills and expertise in modern web development technologies.- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.- Understanding of SaaS software development lifecycle.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
