We empower our employees with opportunities to learn, grow, and work on cutting-edge technologies.Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Network Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in network management and monitoring. This role is designed for candidates who are eager to upskill into ITOM (IT Operations Management) Development within Service Now, combining network expertise with IT automation and orchestration.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and monitor enterprise networks leveraging Solar Winds, Nagios, Service Now Discovery, and other ITOM tools to ensure high availability and optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network issues promptly.Assist in mapping network devices and servers into CMDB.Participate in ITOM workflow automation and integrations with network monitoring tools.Collaborate with IT, Dev Ops, and Security teams to enhance operational efficiency.Document network configurations, processes, and ITOM workflows for internal knowledge management.Required Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in network operations and monitoring.Expertise in Solar Winds, Nagios, or similar monitoring tools.Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.Basic scripting skills (Python, Shell, or Java Script).Willingness to learn Service Now ITOM modules and workflow automation.Certifications like CCNA / CCNP are a plus.Career Growth PathNetwork Engineer → Network Engineer + ITOM Exposure → ITOM Developer → ITOM Solution ArchitectOpportunity to work on real ITOM projects, automate workflows, and build integrations.Exposure to cloud networking (AWS / Azure) and advanced IT operations management.Support for Service Now ITOM certifications and professional development.Why Join Input Zero Technologies?Work with cutting-edge network and ITOM tools.Upskill and grow into ITOM development and automation roles.Collaborative environment with mentorship and learning opportunities.
