Our core values centre around:- No Scam, No Spam: Integrity in every communication. - Data Privacy & Security: We build solutions that protect users and enterprises. - Transparency & Collaboration: Teamwork and openness power our growth. - Accessibility & Inclusion: Our mission touches over a billion lives, across geographies and backgrounds.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a dynamic and Product Marketing Manager / Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and scale integrated marketing initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen Tanla’s brand presence across global markets.This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven professional with a strong foundation in B2B SaaS marketing ecosystem and understanding, and experience managing end-to-end marketing, branding and demand generation strategies.As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders — including Sales, Product, and Corporate Communications — to build a powerful brand narrative, accelerate enterprise pipeline growth, and position Tanla as a global category leader in AI-driven communication platforms.RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Leadership & Planning- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to accelerate 360° growth across markets, brand, and revenue. - Translate strategic business priorities into actionable marketing programs across brand, product, and regional markets. - Oversee and evaluate the organization’s brand portfolio, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all channels. - Measure, analyze, and report marketing ROI with visibility into impact on revenue and pipeline.Brand, Communication & Media- Elevate brand awareness and recall across customers, partners, and media through innovative campaigns and thought leadership content. - Collaborate with the Corporate Communication team to align internal and external messaging with brand objectives. - Coordinate with key media providers for effective media planning, execution, and evaluation. - Maintain a strong brand focus across multiple media channels, ensuring consistent storytelling and visibility.Product & Growth Marketing- Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives for enterprise solutions. - Partner with Sales and Product teams to create compelling product launches, sales enablement content, and campaign assets. - Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to target high-value enterprise accounts and accelerate deal conversions. - Build partnerships and co-marketing programs with strategic clients, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.Demand Generation & Campaigns- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. - Leverage digital marketing, events, and influencer channels to scale lead pipelines across key markets (India, APAC, Middle East). - Continuously optimize campaign performance through analytics, insights, and experimentation.SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:Role: Product Marketing - Manager / Senior Manager (final role will depend on candidate’s experience, skills and interview performance)Experience: 7 - 14 Years years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Event, Demand Generation, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Telecom/Technology or other IT verticals.Qualification: Any Degree (Preference relevant education)Other Skills:- Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. - Strong expertise in product marketing, brand building, digital marketing, ABM, and GTM. - Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating across global and regional teams. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills — capable of influencing senior stakeholders. - Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical and project management abilities.
