Join us and make an impact from Day 1—this is an exciting time to be part of HCLSoftware as we expand, invest, and grow Responsibilities Product Launch: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and adoption. Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target audiences. Market Research:Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing product positioning and marketing strategies. Content Creation:Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and webinars, that drive awareness and generate leads. Demand Generation:Develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, digital, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive product success. GTM enablement– Work with various teams to plan & execute programs that communicate value propositions, provide high-value sales tools, and focused training to help them excel. Evangelism– Serve as the primary advocate and go-to thought leader for the offering when engaging and influencing customers, partners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.QualificationsExperience:Total experience of 10 years + with 7+ years of product marketing experience along with managing a high performing team, preferably in a B2B SaaS company Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.SkillsStrong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail. Proven success in leading global campaign teams with a focus on pipeline creation, partner-led growth, and measurable outcomes. Expertise in designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, ABM, and website optimization. Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, across geographies; including top management, product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for technology and innovation.Please note: This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence three days per week.
