Today 5paisa is a go-to platform for serious traders and investors.About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Product Marketing Manager who understands the stock market ecosystem and can bring products to life — from insight to launch. You’ll shape the positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategy for 5paisa’s next-generation products, working closely with product, content and brand teams.Responsibilities: Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches (e.g., algo trading, smart investing tools). Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation that resonates with both active traders and retail investors. Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure user insights drive marketing decisions. Create and manage content pipelines — product videos, blogs, explainers, and in-app storytelling. Build and nurture community programs (e.g., power users, expert traders, creator collaborations). Partner with performance and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Own product marketing metrics — awareness, activation, and retention KPIs.Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing. Deep understanding of trading, investing, and retail investor behavior. Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign execution. Strong content instincts - ability to simplify complex financial products. Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
