Role Overview
We’re looking for a GP Partnerships Lead with a background as a medical representative in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Chembur, this individual will lead and develop partnerships with local GPs, positioning Docsy as a key resource for healthcare technology. The ideal candidate has established connections with healthcare professionals in the Chembur area and a deep understanding of the regional pharma landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Build GP Partnerships: Establish and strengthen relationships with GPs in Chembur, presenting Docsy as a trusted, go-to partner for advanced healthcare solutions.
Drive Product Awareness and Engagement: Educate GPs on Docsy’s offerings, benefits, and their impact on patient outcomes, ensuring consistent understanding and utilization.
Regional Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor and report on local healthcare trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Regular Field Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with GPs to drive relationship-building, assess needs, and provide support.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Coordinate with Docsy’s internal teams to align field strategies with broader company goals, ensuring streamlined communications and effective execution of campaigns.
Tracking and Reporting: Track partnership performance, engagement metrics, and provide data-driven insights and updates to optimize strategy and engagement.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years in a medical representative role or similar in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in GP relationships.
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Chembur healthcare environment and established networks with regional GPs.
Relationship-Building: Demonstrated skill in developing long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, especially GPs.
Communication & Presentation: Strong communication skills to effectively convey Docsy’s value proposition and educate GPs on product benefits.
Results-Oriented: Driven, with a self-starter mindset to achieve targets, stay productive in fieldwork, and handle the dynamic demands of a growth-stage company.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with internal teams to align goals, strategies, and messaging.
