Job Description:

Experience Level: 4-7 yrs (experience should not exceed 7 years)

Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore (Hybrid)

The Business finance manager will need to be an individual who has worked in Services organizations; understands business drivers and has worked in matrixed organizations. The individual will have to lead a lean finance team; will need to work across all leadership levels with the business units. The individual needs to have a passion for solving business problems; needs to be hands on, understand technology and be open to addressing changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

● Drive business finance leadership for 3 business units, which includes preparation of

Annual operating plan, driving periodical forecasts, providing insightful information to

the business leaders, to help them achieve the targets.

● Contract support - Advising on contract structuring, margin improvements,, credit period

and identification of risks

● Provide quarterly rolling forecasts, support the business in driving the right actions based

on the latest forecast.

● Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and

collection, improving debt ageing)

● MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking and other analytics

● People management - internal stakeholder management; team management, working

with both finance and business leaderships.
