About the role:


If you are someone who prefers a steep learning curve, enjoys the speed of execution, and has a knack for engaging (spotting, interviewing, onboarding) high-quality talent, this opportunity will enable you to step up your game.


What will you own?


  • Identify, spot, and engage top 10%cile talent in GTM (Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Support Function) roles
  • Interview, assess, and build a top-quality talent pipeline
  • Solve problem statements around recruiting challenges like discovering new talent pool, engaging passive Talent, velocity of candidates in the pipeline, skill v/s pay to benchmark, employer brand positioning
  • Build structures around hiring assessment, and hiring funnels and make data-driven decisions that yield results
  • Mentor and coach team junior team members


What are we looking for?

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Recruiting for Start-ups or set-ups that demand high speed of execution and quality output
  • Believes in recording, tracking, and taking data-driven actions e.g. yield ratio, quality of hire, throughput, etc
  • Extremely time & effort-conscious focusing on output and outcome
