You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering SAP PLM solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across product lifecycle processes.

Your deep technical expertise will help streamline operations, enhance compliance, and enable seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems ultimately contributing to smarter, faster decision-making across the Youll Be Doing :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP PLM solutions, focusing on key objects such as Material Master, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Bill of Materials.

- Collaborate with product teams to define business requirements, assess feasibility, and translate them into IT specifications.

- Architect and document high-level and detailed application designs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Provide expert-level guidance on SAP PLM functionalities and integrations, including interfaces with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Support and enhance PLM workflows and product compliance processes.

- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement We're Looking For :

- A seasoned SAP PLM professional with 10+ years of experience in the domain.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and PLM architecture.

- Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
