Job Title Business Technology Consultant Location Chennai Experience 10 Years Key Skills Business Architecture Technology Consulting Team Mentoring Enterprise Strategy COTS Product Knowledge Coaching Stakeholder Management Job Summary We are looking for a Business Technology Consultant SIUX Coach to drive strategic business transformation initiatives lead consulting engagements and mentor talent through structured training and development programs This dual-role blends enterprise consulting with cohort coaching responsibilities to deliver both client and internal success Key Responsibilities Consulting Advisory Engage with C-level stakeholders to capture strategic business imperatives Lead business and IT consulting engagements to assess design and recommend transformation strategies Develop enterprise architecture models data process maps and capability assessments Guide teams in applying structured business architecture methodologies Identify reusable solution components and best practices for CoE development Training Coaching SIUX Coach Role Mentor and manage Step IT Up SIUX program participants to prepare them for client-facing roles Conduct soft skills training identify training gaps and deliver customized workshops Track progress provide feedback and ensure readiness for project deployment Maintain cohort operations scheduling attendance assessment tracking and reporting Liaise between trainees technical trainers and client sponsors Operations Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and post-training Provide performance evaluations career coaching and conflict resolution for team members Ensure alignment with UST standards values and delivery quality expectations Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in enterprise business technical architecture and consulting Prior exposure to COTS products competitive landscape and solutioning Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience mentoring or coaching technical cohorts or junior teams Familiarity with project management estimation governance frameworks and SDLC tools Exposure to cloud technologies AWS Azure GCP and modern enterprise tools is a plus Nice to Have Experience working in or consulting for retail healthcare or financial domains Certifications in architecture frameworks TOGAF Zachman or coaching methodologies Hands-on knowledge of tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio or training delivery platforms Skills Technical Training Team Mentoring Coach About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
