Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Technical Consultant Project Lead. The Technical Consultant Project Lead will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their technical needs, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering optimal solutions. The role also involves managing projects, analyzing data, and contributing to sales efforts by identifying potential opportunities and assisting in closing deals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Consulting experience to understand and address client needs
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues
  • Sales skills to identify opportunities and assist in closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
