Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Consultant ServiceNow Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules

and a proven track record of delivering complex implementations and integrations. This role involves

leading technical design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business

goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and custom application development.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design and develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

• Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules:

• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

- CRM

- ITAM (Asset Management)

- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management)

- S2P (Source to Pay)

- FSO (Field Service Operations)

- GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management)

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations.

• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ? Mandatory.

• Additional certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, GRC) are a plus.
