Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Lead - Events with Next Level Experiences LLP, located in Bangalore Urban. As an Operations Lead - Events, you will be responsible for:


  • Leading and managing the day to day operations of the business
  • Creating the right culture and environment for the team to be most motivated and productive
  • Inspiring and leading the projects and production teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent events and services are delivered to clients
  • Ensuring the invoicing and taxation process is on track by having regular reviews with the accounts team and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring desired profitability is met via budgeting, planning and smart identification and negotiation with the vendors
  • Creating new processes and improving existing ones
  • Bringing expertise, new vendors and technology to the business
  • Identifying and hiring the right candidates to build and grow teams


Qualifications

  • Proven experience for atleast 7 years in event planning, budget preparation and management, vendor management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Knowledge of event technology and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work long hours and weekends, as required
