Role- HR OperationsExp-14 to 18 YearsLocation-BangaloreShift-UK ShiftSkill-14+years in HR Transformation, HR Shared Services Operations ( Hire to Retire)

Role-Overall accountable for the End-to-End business operations and Provide domain expertise and serves as the Voice of the Business (VOB)Key Leader in operations team to work on large and complex outsourcing deals across HRO domains,Effective stakeholder management should be able to liaise with transition, transformation, tools teams to build and redesign processes.Interfacing with multi clients and internal teams to drive business solutions and participate in new designs solutions.Supports the Operational Sponsor/s and PMO Leader in representing and reporting status of the program to the Steering Committee, Executive Sponsor/s and other key stakeholders.

Domain Skills-Overall knowledge in H2R process globallyKnowledge of HR Transformation levers like RPA, Analytics & Insights, HR Benchmarks, Power BI Dashboards and so onHave exposure to US, UK, Europe ,Australia and New Zealand based customers.Strong focus on service and working in a service delivery, influencing skills and teamwork skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers engaging, informative, well thought out presentations.Ability to analyse large datasets and make metrics-based recommendations to management.
