As businesses shift from email and SMS to WhatsApp for customer engagement, QuickReply.ai helps brands automate marketing, drive conversions, and scale faster.Founded by IIT-Delhi alumni with deep SaaS and growth expertise, we’re a fast-growing, investor-backed startup building a category-defining platform in conversational commerce.About the roleWe’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for every new QuickReply.ai customer.You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through setup, conducting product demos, assisting with integrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a world-class onboarding experience — all from our Gurugram office.Key responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding. - Conduct product demos and walkthroughs, showcasing platform features and benefits. - Assist customers with WhatsApp API setup and technical integrations. - Collaborate closely with sales and implementation teams for smooth handovers. - Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure successful onboarding completion. - Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team for improvements. - Ensure customers achieve value quickly and are set up for long-term success.Skills and requirements- 0–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support (SaaS preferred). - Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills. - Basic understanding of technical integrations, APIs, or platform setups. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Highly organized, customer-centric, and comfortable working on-site in Gurugram. - Experience with marketing automation or WhatsApp Business API is a plus.What we offer- Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities. - Chance to work with a high-growth SaaS product in a fast-evolving market. - A collaborative, learning-focused, and high-energy work culture.
