HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and activities within Alliance University. The position assists in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to effectively manage the workforce and contribute to a positive work environment. Also, the position is responsible for collecting and analyses data as required, maintaining employee record and preparing reports for various rankings and accreditations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Provide support for various HR processes, such as performance management, employee engagement; leave management, and employee data management.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees, including scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Prepare reports and data analysis on key HR metrics, providing insights to the reporting managers for decision-making.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the exit process by conducting exit interviews, processing exit paperwork, and ensuring a smooth departure for departing employees.
- Collaborate on HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the reporting manager
· Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
· Data collection and collation for rankings and accreditations.
· Generate dashboard, periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed.
· Maintaining minutes of meeting and folder pertaining to it.
· Coordinating with various faculty and staff members to ensure accurate data.
· Maintaining data for Annual Audit.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Advance excel is a must.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Should be able to work in a fast moving and competitive environment.
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
