3. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including (email marketing, Bidding, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.


4. Develop and Present Proposals: Collaborate with the sales head to develop and nurture leads, compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches. Customize solutions to address clients' specific requirements and demonstrate the value proposition effectively.


5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights. Utilize market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine business development strategies.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BCA, B. Tech or related field in IT Services.

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.

• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
