Regional Collection Manager will be handling Digitally Financed Personal Loan Portfolio for entire North with team of collection managers.

- Expertise in reviewing delinquent accounts & portfolio to control recovery operations for delinquent customers.

Well versed in handling high value delinquent cases / insolvent clients & initiating appropriate legal actions.

- Hands-on-experience in retention & collection on hard bucket and operations inclusive of planning recovery from clients against pending/unpaid debt after providing advice on the various payment options.

- Proficient in taking initiative to identify bad debts, assessing the problems in the way of collection and taking adequate measures for their collection.

- Proven ability in managing agencies and drive the collections as per business requirements within compliance and COC disciplined manner.

- Skilled in evolving appropriate resolution strategy and implementation of the same including negotiation with the borrowers on restructuring of debt and settlement terms.

- Core strengths in monitoring branch operations for its smooth running. Adhering to the highest level of service quality and delivery standards. Adept at administering a gamut of branch activities including business development, customer services, collections, operations and risk management.

- Monitoring collection strategy; planning allocation strategy for the entire month, keeping in mind optimum utilization of resources available.

- Ensuring regular follow up with customers for the allocated cases on daily basis and discussing disputed cases, case to case wise and get those same cases resolved.

- Conducting meetings for setting up objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of Collection operations.

- Designing and implementing systems/ policies/ procedures for smooth and effective business operations and administration.
