Regional sales manager -Machine loan funding


Job Role: Regional Sales Manager Machinery Finance (Pune).

Location: Pune, India.

CTC: INR 20-21 Lacs Fixed + Additional Incentives.

Job Description:.

As a Regional Sales Manager for Machinery Finance in Pune, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets for machinery finance products.

This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in machinery finance and a strong understanding of the regional market.

Key Responsibilities:.

Sales Strategy and Planning:.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

.

Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

.

Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region.

.

Team Management:.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and officers.

.

Set performance targets for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.

.

Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.

.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales Operations:.

- Monitor and track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for senior management.

- Coordinate with other departments (e. g. , credit, operations) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Market Expansion:

- Identify and develop new markets for machinery finance products in the region.

- Organize and participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Product Development:

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest improvements to existing products.

- Assist in the development of new machinery finance products tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in machinery finance.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performance sales teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the machinery finance market and regional industry dynamics.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
