Started in 2022 by Manish (ex-BCG) and Sarthak (IITB Alum), who both worked extensively in the construction space globally. With the intent of bringing great design options for Indian Homes. 

We're the largest online platform in India for home interior goods, and rapidly expanding our offline presence. We overcame the complex construction supply chain to deliver highly curated collections from manufacturers across the world and provide them directly to customer homes, enabling us to offer 10x variety at the 20% lower prices.

We've catered to over 10k homes with a mission to bring change to 1 million homes by 2030. 

The company currently is one of the largest online websites in the category and operates 2+ experience centers in Bangalore.

Even as a 3-year-old company, we are at a revenue run rate of $5M+, aims to get to 10M in the next 12 months.

Role Objective:

Support lead generation and client engagement by reaching out to potential designers, architects, and studios via calls and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold reach out to potential B2B clients (freelancing architects, architect firms, interior design studios etc.) via mail, Linkedin etc.
  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce Material Depot.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDMs.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an updated CRM with client conversations and lead status.
  • Share brochures, product details, and assist clients with initial queries.
  • Coordinate with BDMs/KAMs to ensure a smooth handover of warm leads.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3-4 years experience in a telesales, telecalling or inside sales role. (Experience in home, interiors, construction, furniture or allied industries earn brownie points)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English & Hindi (regional languages a plus).
  • Persistent, proactive, and comfortable with high call volumes.
  • Experience handling B2B client preferred
