AVP - Business Strategy & Operations - Data Strategy & Automation

Location: Bangalore, India (Work From Office)- Experience: 5-8 years (BTech + IIMs/top-tier B-schools) + prior software development /technology experience preferredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a strategy leader to lead Tracxn's Data Operations & Strategy team. This role is ideal for candidates with a BTech and an MBA, as well as prior experience in SaaS, management consulting, or business strategy roles.You will own the strategy, KPIs, and automation roadmap for a large-scale data organisation, driving operational excellence, AI-led innovation, and team leadership.Key Leadership & Business Planning- Define and execute a long-term strategy for Tracxn's Data department.- Translate business goals into operational priorities, KPIs, and success metrics.- Identify and implement new data acquisition models, automation tools, and AI/ML solutions.Data Operations Management- Lead large-scale SaaS-style data pipelines involving APIs, web scraping, AI/LLMs, and human curation.- Improve accuracy, turnaround time, and scalability of data operations.- Reduce manual intervention through workflow automation.Team Leadership- Manage and mentor senior managers and their teams (100+ members).- Build leadership bench strength and foster a high-performance culture.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align data capabilities with business needs.- Influence product roadmap through data-driven insights.Who Should ApplyEducation: BTech + MBA from IIMs, or other top-tier institutes.Experience: 5-8 years in SaaS companies, consulting firms, or strategy/operations roles with a -strong tech/data Strategic problem-solving Large team leadership- Business operations and metrics ownership- Familiarity with AI, ML, automation, APIs, and web scraping (preferred but not mandatory)Mindset: Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced, and data-driven environments.Why Tracxn?- Lead one of the largest data teams in the SaaS industry.- Shape a core function that drives product and business growth.- Work directly with CXOs on high-impact initiatives.- Competitive salary + rapid career growth.
