Sales Engineer

Responsibilities Identify customer's engineering needs/requirements, introducing & establishing the VARALKA brand Identify customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers Provide technical and engineering information by answering their queries Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales meetings Sharing technical & commercial offers to the customers Maintain order follow-up, commercial negotiations, order finalization & payment follow-ups for all orders Setting up a network of dealers and agents for VARALKA across India Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives Share regular feedback of the competitor activities with the team and take action to share the best offers with potential customers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in industrial sales (preferably heat exchangers) Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads Willingness to travel Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
