The ideal candidate will manage theend-to-end customer closing journey , ensuring smooth documentation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Handle theentire closing process : agreement execution, registration, possession, and final settlements. Coordinate withSales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teamsto ensure timely and hassle-free handovers. Ensure statutory compliance includingstamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation . Resolve customer queries related to documentation, possession, and payments. Maintain and update accurate customer records and closing-related documentation. Drive process improvements to enhancecustomer experienceduring the post-sales phase.Desired Candidate Profile 7+ years’ experienceinClosing / Assistant Manager – Closingwith a reputedreal estate developer . In-depth knowledge ofreal estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes . Strong communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills. Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred).
