Job Description:


This PCS firm is one of the largest corporate, legal and secretarial service providers having branches all over India. We cater to various Companies as our retainer client as well as provide professional services. We have decided to expand our base in Ahmedabad and are looking for a suitable candidate.


Responsibilities:


  • Networking the services of the firm and expanding the base.
  • Handle client relationships and effectively address their requirements.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of corporate governance within the organization.
  • Advise directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters.
  • Implement processes or systems to promote good management practices or ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels.



Requirements:


  • A qualified Company Secretary with 4 - 6 yrs of experience in a Practicing CS Firm / keen to Partner with a PCS firm
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and providing solutions to client needs.
  • Knowledge of financial and legal requirements and corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Should have knowledge of local language Telugu
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
