Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Project Management: Manage multiple projects across branding, digital, print, and advertising.- Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.- Coordinate with design, content, digital, and production teams to deliver exceptional work.- Strategic Thinking: Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies.- Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.- Financial Management: Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates.- Ensure profitability on projects by managing scope, timelines, and resources.- Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.- Track and report project performance and KPIs.
