We are seeking an experienced and driven Group Head to lead and manage a portfolio of key clients. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering successful 360- campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and long-term relationships.- Develop and execute strategic campaign plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across print, digital, TV, and experiential.- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with account executives and creative teams to ensure high-quality output.- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support in new business pitches.- Provide strategic insights backed by data and market research to drive client success.- Ensure smooth collaboration across internal departments-creative, planning, media, and production. Requirements:- 9+ years in client servicing/account management (Agency experience must).- Strong understanding of integrated marketing.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Proven track record of handling large accounts.
