Graphic Designer Team Lead Creative Department

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer Team Lead to head our creative design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves mentoring designers, and has a strong eye for detail and innovation.

You will lead the creation of social media content, including photography and videography, while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends design expertise with team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage creative design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee production of social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed and visual consistency is maintained.
  • Mentor and coach designers to enhance creativity and productivity.
  • Manage hiring, retention, and skill development within the design team.
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within client expectations.

Qualifications

  • 67 years of experience in creative design, preferably in an advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and branding work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
