Were excited to let you know that DigiLantern is hiring for the role of Business Development Manager CRM Solutions (Salesforce & HubSpot).

This role is focused on the US market, and the position is based out of our Noida Head Office.

We have a team of 100+ experts who work on the latest technologies and provide smart digital solutions to clients across different Business Development Manager Salesforce & HubSpot CRM


Location: Noida (Head Office).


Target Market: USA.


Experience Required: 5+ 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM IST (from Noida office).

- 8:00 PM onwards IST (work from home US shift).


Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days).


What Youll Do


- Reach out to businesses in the US and understand their CRM needs.

- Talk to them about how Salesforce and HubSpot can solve their problems.

- Give product demos and presentations.

- Work closely with our tech and marketing teams to create the right solutions.

- Handle the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal.

- Keep everything organized using our internal CRM tools.


What Were Looking For


- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally selling CRM, SaaS, or digital solutions).

- You've successfully sold Salesforce and HubSpot before.

- You've worked with US clients and understand their market well.

- You're confident, a great communicator, and can explain complex ideas clearly.

- You're comfortable working partly in the evening to match US time zones.

- A degree is required; an MBA is a bonus.
