Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct personalized product demos tailored to client needs, clearly explaining how Qandle addresses pain points in HR and payroll management.
- Solution Selling: From Hire to Retire (Understand client requirements deeply and pitch Qandles HRMS modules accordingly, from recruitment and core HR to payroll and performance.)
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, engagement, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- CRM Management: Diligently update all activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions on the CRM.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver value and drive conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 14 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech solution sales (HR Tech experience is a big plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong consultative selling ability and objection handling
- High-energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Familiarity with modern CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach strategies
