Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert for Servers, and Enterprise Storage Solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales, Inside sales team to drive product adoption and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain client relationships while coordinating with vendors for seamless operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Conduct product training and support sessions for internal teams and clients.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of Active components of IT Infrastructure like Firewall, Router, Wireless Infra, Network Switches, Servers, and Enterprise Storage Solutions.
