Role & responsibilities :

- Product Development : Contribute to the product development team and ensure timely delivery of product releases.

- Vision Alignment : Understand the companys vision and help create and maintain a development roadmap.

- Client Interaction : Collaborate with clients and team members to gather and comprehend client-specific product requirements.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the quality of the product delivered meets industry standards.

- Client-Specific Implementation : Develop tailored solutions on top of the existing product for clients.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with multiple stakeholders and coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong Programming Skills : Deep understanding of technical problems and proficiency in coding practices.

- Data Structures and Algorithms : Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms to optimize code efficiency.

- Analytical Techniques : Excellent understanding of analytical techniques and the technology landscape.

- Hands-On Experience with :

1. Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Boot

2. Databases like Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

3. REST/SOAP web services and Service-Oriented Architecture

4. JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS

5. Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Interpersonal Skills : Good communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly at all levels.

- Adaptability : Ability to work in unfamiliar business areas and leverage skills to create innovative solutions.

- Team Collaboration : Capability to both work in and lead a team, while actively participating in peer reviews

- Flexibility : A flexible approach to working hours and environment to meet business and client needs.
