Mandatory Skills :


- Proficient in Java 8


- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs


- Familiarity with React JS


Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services using Java 8 and Spring Boot, ensuring robust functionality and optimal performance.

- API Design: Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities.

- Front-End Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements seamlessly.

- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries, ensuring data integrity and performance using SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices to maintain high-quality code.

- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve application performance and scalability through profiling, monitoring, and tuning.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, employing strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.

- Agile Participation: Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.

- Security Implementation: Implement security measures in the backend to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product Management teams to align on project objectives and timelines.
