Backend Developer (Full-time), Gurgaon

About the Role :

This Backend Developer role is an integral part of an experienced Product Engineering team working on the development of a platform. You will be responsible for creating clean, concise, reusable, and extensible code, leveraging proven solutions and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop back-end server-side applications.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration. (Front-end experience is a plus)

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and potentially SOAP APIs.

- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the back-end development landscape.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technical Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

- Strong proficiency in : Core Java, Advance Java, REST API's creation, Spring Boot framework, Spring, MySQL, NoSQL, Hibernate & JPA, Version control systems (e.g., Git), Redis, ActiveMQ, Debugging

Additional Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



- Good Aptitude and to Have :


- AWS understanding


- AGILE methodologies


- NoSQL databases


- Functional programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
