About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and operations, to identify issues, ensure compliance, and continuously improve QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and/or automated).
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs using standard QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements for long-term quality gains.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations as applicable.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience working with agile development teams.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
