Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist.
The candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communications, and account management.
- Researching and prospecting new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

- Identify and engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and position our Salesforce solutions as the optimal choice to meet their requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to align business development initiatives with organizational goals and 2-8 years of Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in IT markets.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience of salesforce CRM will be add on advantage.
- Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
