Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring seamless project execution. You will act as a bridge between the clients and our internal teams, ensuring all client requirements are met on time and with exceptional quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with client expectations.
  • Requirement Gathering: Understand client briefs, decode their requirements, and effectively communicate them to the creative and execution teams.
  • Feedback Management: Collect client feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular updates and reports to share project progress and performance insights with clients.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or solutions that align with client needs.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into client strategies.


Preferred Background

We highly value candidates with prior digital agency experience. Familiarity with the fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple clients, and understanding creative processes will be a significant advantage.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
