Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer – Full-Time (On-Site), PuneWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates who excel in troubleshooting and providing hands-on IT support.Roles & Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and related peripheralsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesOffer effective printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting supportInstall, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applicationsPerform regular maintenance and repair of computer hardwareManage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT administrative tasksEnsure systems run efficiently and securely with timely updates and patchesCollaborate closely with the IT team to maintain consistent system performanceLog support requests, track issues, and ensure timely resolutionAssist with IT asset management and inventory updatesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science (preferred)1–3 years of experience in desktop or technical supportStrong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common applicationsFamiliarity with computer hardware, printers, and basic networkingGood problem-solving skills and customer-focused approachAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksJob Location: Pune (On-Site)Employment Type: Full-TimeHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resumes at hr@prajtech.com
