Data Management & Entry: Accurately perform data entry tasks and diligently maintain precise records within our internal systems.

- Transaction Processing: Process and meticulously verify transactions, applications, or documentation according to established protocols and guidelines.

- Documentation & Filing: Efficiently handle all documentation, filing, and essential backend processing tasks to support operational flow.

- Reporting Assistance: Assist in the preparation of crucial operational reports, dashboards, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide timely insights.

- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate effectively with front-office, finance, or compliance teams to facilitate smooth information exchange and ensure cross-functional alignment.

- Communication Monitoring: Monitor incoming emails, responding to queries promptly or escalating them to the appropriate team members as needed.

- Confidentiality & Security: Uphold strict confidentiality and rigorously adhere to all data security standards and protocols at all times.

- Administrative Support: Provide essential support for audits and various other administrative functions as required to ensure operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For (Requisites & Skills):

- Prior experience in the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) or P2P (Peer-to-Peer lending) industry is highly preferred.

- Good typing speed combined with exceptional attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
