As we scale rapidly across markets and teams, we’re looking for an HR Operations Executive who can help us deliver a seamless and delightful employee experience — from onboarding to payroll to process excellence — while keeping our systems sharp and our people supported.About the Role:The HR Operations Executive at Brightedge will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for executing HR operations with accuracy and empathy — while driving automation, analytics, and process improvements that make Brightedge an exceptional place to work. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR, Finance, and Business teams to ensure that every people process is simple, transparent, and impactful.Responsibilities:People Operations & Employee Lifecycle:Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: offer letters, background checks, documentation, and induction coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Brightedge’s HRIS systems Ensure smooth coordination of employee confirmations, transfers, and exits Continuously refine HR processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the organization growPayroll & Benefits Administration:Prepare, validate, and process monthly payroll inputs (attendance, variable pay, new joiners, exits, etc.) Work with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution Administer employee benefits such as insurance, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Gratuity) Support employees with payroll- and tax-related queriesHR Systems, Analytics & Automation:Manage HR systems (e.g., Keka / Zoho People / GreytHR) and ensure data integrity Identify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual intervention Generate periodic HR dashboards and insights for leadership decision-makingCompliance & Policy Management:Ensure all HR operations align with local labor laws and internal compliance requirements Prepare documentation and reports for audits, inspections, or filings Assist in updating and communicating HR policies across teamsEmployee Experience & Support:Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes or systems Support engagement and recognition initiatives across teams Partner with the People & Culture team to build a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration MBA / PGDM in HR preferredRequired Skills:2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, preferably in a startup or tech-driven company Proficiency with HRIS / HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.) Strong Excel and data analysis skills Detail-oriented with a process-first mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Self-starter attitude with ownership and bias for action.Preferred Skills:Experience in a high-growth performance marketing ecosystem Exposure to modern HR systems, analytics, and automation Opportunity to work with a people-first leadership team that values innovation and collaboration Fast-paced, transparent culture with strong ownership and growth opportunities A chance to grow your career into HR Business Partner or People Strategy roles as the company scales
