We are looking for a dynamic HR Personnel to Implementing the Strategy action plan, developmental measures timelyHeadcount to manage - 90 employeesManufacturing volume - 120 KTPA in Phase 1Reporting to: Plant HR HeadJob context: The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in executing key HR processes and activities at the Naidupeta Plant, ensuring alignment with organizational values and business objectives. The role encompasses the full spectrum of HR activities, including Talent Acquisition & Onboarding ,employee lifecycle management, Training and Development with a strong focus on building a motivated and compliant workforce.KRAs -Talent Acquisition & Onboarding- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all categories. - Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment. - Facilitate onboarding, induction, and initial training for new joiners.Training and Development- Preparation of Training Calendar - Coordination of Internal and External TrainingsEmployee Engagement & Welfare- Drive plant-level engagement, welfare, and communication initiatives. - Organize cultural, and employee well-being activities. - Address grievances promptly and maintain a positive work environment.Performance Management & Development- Coordinate the annual goal-setting and appraisal process. - Support line managers in employee performance reviews and development planning. - Assist in skill development and capability-building initiatives.HR Operations & HRIS- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HRIS data. - Support monthly payroll inputs, shift management, and leave administration. - Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
